The brand partners with global medical aesthetics technology providers to deliver results-driven treatments tailored to each client.
Operating across southern England, Alexandrite Aesthetics is expanding through a franchise model, with a focus on consistent service quality and technology-led solutions.
WHAT CHANGES DID WE MAKE
The primary goal of the website redesign was to elevate brand image and support franchise development. The new site not only needed to reflect a more professional and international-level identity—it also had to serve as a functional business platform for both brand owners and franchise partners.
Key improvements included:

- Built-in tools to support franchise recruitment and onboarding
- Backend functionality for location-level content and system access
- Scalable infrastructure to accommodate multi-site management
The platform enables franchisees to manage their own location-specific pages, appointments, marketing campaigns, and customer interactions—enhancing operational efficiency and visibility.
THE CHALLENGES OF THIS PROJECT
The project was delivered in three phases:
- Single location website design and launch
- Development of a centralized franchise website system
- Integration of management tools for booking, CRM, email, and content updates
A key requirement was full custom development in WordPress, allowing the client flexibility for future expansion and third-party integrations.
Additionally, we consolidated multiple services—including email systems, CRM, and internal admin tools—into one cohesive backend. This provided a streamlined digital ecosystem to support brand growth, customer engagement, and franchisee success.
