360° Precision Strategy: Empowering a Global Leader in Pharmacogenomics
GGA Corp. (世基生醫) is a global leader in pharmacogenetic testing, founded by experts in biomedical science and genetics. The company brings together a multidisciplinary team of molecular lab technicians, bioinformatics analysts, and consulting physicians to deliver cutting-edge R&D and industry-leading diagnostic services.
Specializing in genetic and functional medicine testing, as well as reagent manufacturing, GGA is committed to advancing personalized healthcare. Its mission is to develop professional genetic diagnostic tools that help individuals assess their drug metabolism profile before medication—reducing the risk of adverse drug reactions and promoting safer, more effective treatment.

WHAT WE Did
Together with GGA Corp., Gremlin Works co-developed a strategic plan and launched a year-long, three-phase brand transformation project.
Phase 1 focused on positioning GGA for the global market through a 360-degree analysis. This included a comprehensive review of the precision medicine landscape—examining market trends and technological advancements in both Taiwan and internationally. The outcome was a precise brand positioning strategy tailored to two key audiences: B2B outreach to medical institutions and strategic partners, and B2C communication to promote genetic testing awareness among the general public. We also created a detailed brand playbook to sharpen corporate messaging and ensure clear, effective communication.
Phase 2 centered on establishing a strong corporate identity. A new visual system was developed to consistently convey GGA’s spirit and professionalism across all touchpoints, reinforcing its credibility as the brand entered broader markets.
Phase 3 focused on market-facing initiatives, using strategic campaigns to engage target audiences, attract international investment, and lay the groundwork for a future public listing.







WHAT CHANGES DID WE MAKE
Building a Stronger Business Foundation Through Phased Brand Development
Through a structured, multi-phase branding initiative, the Gremlin Works project team redefined GGA Corp.’s core brand values and reorganized internal resources. The goal was to elevate the company’s business, sales, and service capabilities to match the excellence of its R&D team—laying the groundwork for sustainable and well-rounded growth.
To support GGA’s profitability goals, we streamlined its three core offerings: reagent manufacturing, genetic testing services, and diagnostic solution distribution. Dozens of products were reclassified and strategically repositioned to align with emerging market demand and clearly defined value propositions. This enabled a more integrated approach to online and offline service delivery.
A key milestone was the launch of the "Medication Assistant" mobile app, which digitizes printed genetic test reports and provides cloud-based access to personal and family records. Users can quickly reference their data during medical visits, scan barcodes or enter drug names to identify potential adverse reactions based on their genetic profile, explore recommended alternatives, and stay updated on precision medicine news and safe medication guidelines.
Cloud-Based B2B Platform for Medical Collaboration
We also developed a cloud-based B2B reporting and sales system, enabling streamlined, visually driven communication between the GGA sales team and its medical partners. Understanding the dynamic, on-the-go nature of B2B engagement, we prioritized responsive cloud features—ensuring that staff can access critical tools via mobile or web without delays, even while working remotely or during live consultations.

THE CHALLENGES
Comprehensive Website and Reporting System Development
Through in-depth UX strategy interviews and needs analysis, we mapped out GGA Corp.’s full range of services and segmented its user types. This process uncovered the distinct needs of different audiences, allowing us to design a user experience that balances professionalism, personalization, and education as the site’s three guiding pillars.
In parallel, we developed a custom reporting system tailored to the needs of both users and physicians. By identifying the most frequently accessed and most essential types of information, we created a platform that not only reinforces GGA’s professional expertise but also delivers a thoughtful, user-friendly experience.
