We developed a medication assistant app for PharmiGENE , which allows doctors to immediately determine if a patient has any drug allergies by simply operating the app during medical visits. In addition, consumers can scan or enter the name of a traditional Chinese medicine they purchased at pharmacies across Taiwan to immediately determine if they have any allergies to the medication. This eliminates the need for consumers to worry about allergic reactions to medication.
